ACF Culinary Competition Team development meeting

There will be a meeting/round table discussion regarding the startup of an ACF Culinary Compitition team. The meeting will be used to gage student/professional interest in persuing the development of a traveling culinary team that would represent both the Great Lakes Culinary Institute AND our local chapter of the ACF in culinary cooking competitions around the region and country.

Please plan on attending if you would like to participate with the team in any way. There will be supporting roles as well as actual culinary participants needed to develop a successful, winning team. Team sponsors and trainers will be needed and sought after.

Many quality networking opportunities will be available through this project, should it become a reality. The possibilities for career, skill, and ACF advancement are great.

Enough of the rant for now…..
