ACF Meeting Reminder for February 11, 2014

Hello all,

Our February meeting will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2014, in Lobdell’s, at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute.

Sandi McArthur and Judy Mills, from Oryana Natural Foods Market in Traverse City, will present on the healthy attributes of Fermented Foods. They will provide samples and answer questions.

The American Culinary Federation (ACF), is the Great Lakes Culinary Institute’s accrediting association.
